Whether its external tension, internal stress, or stress brought on from those sweatyworkouts you love, your body reads all of it as stress. The option: Teach our body how to movethrough tension. Why? Due to the fact that its one of the most crucial ways we can enhance our overallmental, emotional, and physical health.
