This is a little challenge I began when the blog site was an infant. Its changed and progressed since then, however the mission has been the same: to share solid workouts with my fitness friends out there, spray motivation fairy dust on everyone, and set some major momentum as we head into summertime.
I hope you had a terrific weekend and that those who were celebrating Mothers Day had a beautiful holiday. The Pilot made an amazing breakfast, I was showered with homemade gifts and charming cards, we took a desert hike, and the fam came over for supper. The Pilot grilled huge filets of BBQ salmon with veggie packs and sweet potatoes, and madre brought over a lot of desserts.
